From I-95 Northbound:
Merge onto I-91 North, via exit 48. Take Exit 5, State Street. At traffic light, turn Right onto James Street. 370 James is on your right. Parking: At second traffic light, turn right (John Murphy Drive), then first right into the parking lot.
From I-95 Southbound:
Merge onto I-91 North, via exit 48. Take Exit 5, State Street. At traffic light, turn Right onto James Street. 370 James is on your right. Parking: At second traffic light, turn right (John Murphy Drive), then first right into the parking lot.
From I-91 Southbound:
Take Exit 6, Willow Street. Turn Left on Willow. At traffic light, turn Right onto State Street. At next traffic light, turn Left onto James Street. 370 James is on your right. Parking: At second traffic light, turn right (John Murphy Drive), then first right into the parking lot.

Bus Service from Union Station, 50 Union Avenue, New Haven to AIA Connecticut, 370 James Street, New Haven (please allow approximately 40 minutes travel time):
You will use the J and Q lines. J Buses run approximately every 25 minutes. Q buses run approximately every 20 minutes.
Take J Bus from Union Station to downtown New Haven. The bus stop is in front of the station. The route will take you down Church Street. Just before the New Haven Green, exit the bus in front of Dunkin' Donuts on Church Street. Walk North one half block to the light at the intersection of Church and Chapel Streets. Turn right onto Chapel (facing east). The bus stop for the Q line is mid block in front of the Footlocker store. Take the Q Bus to the State Street and James Street stop. At the stop walk east on James one and a half blocks to 370 James. The entrance to the building is at the far end of the building, around the corner onto John Murphy Drive and through the parking lot gate.
Cab service is also available from Union Station.
