Stillman is a licensed mechanical Professional Engineer (P.E.), certified energy manager (C.E.M.), and LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP) who currently works for Encon as a Division Manager. His departments are responsible for consulting, designing, and installing indoor comfort and energy conservation solutions for commercial and residential clients.
In 2012 he received his Masters of Science in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA). Work and study allowed him to specialize in energy efficient system designs. He has published and presented original work on energy use and payback comparisons of different heating and air conditioning systems in schools. Stillman is passionate about expanding the use of new sustainable technologies on his comfort and energy conservation projects to reduce energy consumption while improving indoor air quality and limiting equipment costs.
