To celebrate summer and family,
AIA Connecticut presents Focus on Family Month.

Now, more than ever, it’s important to collect fun memories and precious time with those we love most! Take a break from the daily challenges of life and spend time with family and friends by taking part in one or both of our Focus on Family Month activities!

Love a good game of putt-putt golf? The AIA Connecticut Mini Golf Outing is a way to enjoy being outside and conquer that hole-in-one dream! Hosted by our Emerging Professional Community, the outing will also feature a photo contest where prizes will be awarded to the most creative and funny images. Bring together your family or friends to play a round at one of the preselected mini golf courses nearest you!

Share your love of architecture with your family and enjoy a creative and fun outlet with AIA Connecticut’s Kids Design and Build Challenge!
As part of Focus on Family Month, the Kids Design and Build Challenge encourages our AIA Members’ children, grandkids, great grandkids, nieces, and nephews, no matter where they live, to design and build with Legos, Lincoln Logs, any building blocks, or household materials – the more original, the better!

Registration is FREE.  Complete your project and send us a photo at of your inspired or innovative work by August 27th.

The top 3 entries in each category have a chance to win gift cards and other prizes!
