The AIA Connecticut Women in Architecture 4×10 mentorship groups focus on career advancement and work/life balance.
This peer-to-peer mentorship program brings people together to discuss engaging topics in the AEC industry.
Small groups meet bi-monthly. Their conversations will establish relationships as participants share their personal stories, address professional challenges, and celebrate individual successes.
Contact Staff Coordinator, Viktoria Rubanova, for information and how to join.

The theme of "Inspirational Stories," an opportunity to hear from
women in the AEC industry about their professional journeys, will continue in 2026.
