CE Course Submissions

Internal CE Credit Submission

A program or webinar developed with an outside organization/association via an AIA CT Committee/Knowledge Community will not be charged for CE submission.

If the organization/association is interested in offering the webinar again (CT based only), an administrative fee of $50 per course will be charged for attendee credit reporting of 25 or fewer attendees and $100 per course for 26-100 attendees.

An AIA CT architect member may submit a course for credit if it will be presented by the architect/architect’s firm, but not hosted by AIA Connecticut.
$150 fee per course.

For additional presentations of the same course, an administrative fee of $25 per course will be charged for attendee credit reporting of 25 or fewer attendees, and $50 per course for 26-100 attendees.

An AIA CT Allied member may submit a course for credit if it will be presented by the Allied organization but not hosted by AIA Connecticut.
$275 fee per course.

For additional presentations of the same course, an administrative fee of $50 per course will be charged for attendee credit reporting of 25 or fewer attendees and $100 per course for 26-100 attendees.  

Associations that are not AIA CT members may submit a course for credit if it will be presented by the association but not hosted by AIA Connecticut.
$350 fee per course.

For additional presentations of the same course, an administrative fee of $75 per course will be charged for attendee credit reporting of 25 or fewer attendees, and $150 per course for 26-100 attendees.

Non-Member credit submission is based on staff availability.
$900 fee per course

For additional presentations of the same course, an administrative fee of $200 per course will be charged for attendee credit reporting of 25 or fewer attendees and $400 per course for 26-100 attendees.

AIA Connecticut will be recognized as the sponsor for submitting program/credit for the company or association. Programs can ONLY be offered in Connecticut. This is not a National service.

All programs submitted to us must include the completed proposal form and speaker information.

AIA Connecticut reserves the right to reject a proposal if it does not fit with the mission of the organization.

**Programs with more than four presenters (i.e., panel discussions) will have a separate charge for each additional presenter.
